YORK, a municipal corporation i4°ems located in .the County of Suffolk, and State of New York, having a principal office at No. 18 South Street, Greenport, New York, party of the first pert, AND, HARRY MONSELL, residing at First Street, Greenport, New York, ,.... party of the second part, WITNESSETH that the party of the first part in consideration of ONE (41. 0) Dollar lawful money of the United States paid by him the party of the second part, does hereby,remise, release and auitclaim unto the party of +he second part, his heirs, and assigns forever, all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part, in and to:. ALL that certain lot with improvements thereon, situate in the Village of.Greenport, County of Suffolk, New York, bounded on the north by lands now or formerly of Hailey; on the east londa now or formerly of Mansell; on the south by lands uow or formerly of Jackson and on the west by Second Street, assessed to the name of Frank F. Peterson;Estate, on the assessment roll of the said Village for the year 1947. TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the 'party of the first part in and to said premises. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted onto the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, forever. BEING AND INTENDED to be one of the parcels of property included in an IN REN proceeding conducted by the aforementioned Village of Greenport, and filed under Suffolk County Clerk's Index No. 1417 - 194E and more particularly designated in said proceeding as Parcel No. 6. FURTHER BEING AND INTENDED to be one of the parcels conveyed by instru- ment dated July 20, 1949 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Libe 2973, page 473. -
