THIS INDENTURE, made this 24th day of June, 19551
between STANLEY S. 001f IIN, residing at Greenport, Suffolk County,
New York, as Committee of the Person and Property of BERTHA B.
TERRY, an Incompetent, party of the first part, and WILLIAM J.
MILLS II and ANN M. MILLS, his wife, both residing at East
Marion, Suffolk County, New York, as tenants by the entirety,
parties of the second part, •
WITNESSETH•
WHEREAS, the Supreme Court of the State of New York,
at a Special Term thereof, held in the County of Queens for the
County of Suffolk and the Tenth Judicial District, by an Order
made on the 24th day of May, 1955, and entered in the office of
" i the Clerk of Suffolk County on the 31st day of May, 1955,
directed teat certain real property of the said Bertha B. 'Perry,
to wit: the premises hereinafter described, be sold by the party
of the first part pursuant to the terms of a contract, dated
Dedember 23, 19541 as amended by fl reement dated April 13 1955s
between the party of the first part and said Ylil li am J. Mills II,
one of the parties of the second part, which said contract was
approved by said order, as by the terms thereof more fully ap-
pears, and whereas the said contract has been assigned by the
said William J. Mills II to the parties of the second part, and
WHEREAS, the party of the first part has filed the re-
quired bond and in all respects complied with the terms of the
s..id order,
NOW THEREFORE THIS INDENTURE. ..ITL;ESSETH that the
party of the first part, committee as aforesaid, and by virtue
of the powers conferred by the aforesaid order, in consideration
of the sum of Five Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars, to him paid
by the parties of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, does grant and release unto the parties of the

second part, their heirs and assigns fcrever:-
ALL that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, with
the buildings and improvements thereon, situate, lying and being
in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, and bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line or side of
Broad Street adjacent to the land of Louise Yetter, running
thence westerly along the northerly line of Broad Street a distanc
of eighty-four feet and four inches to land of Richard Pemberton,
thence northerly by the easterly line of the said land of Richard
Pemberton a distance of one hundred fifty feet, thence easterly
along other land of Richard Pemberton a distance of eighty-four
feet and four inches to land of Louise Yetter, thence southerly
along the westerly line of said land of Louise Yetter a distance
of one hundred fifty feet to the point or place of beginning.
