paid by the parties of the second part,do es hereby grant and release unto the
parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever,all
those two certain pieces or parcels of land situate, lying and being
in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
PARCEL NO. le Beginning at a point formed by the intersection of the
easterly line of Fourth Street and the northerly line of Wiggins
Street, and running thence along the said easterly line of Fourth
Street in a northerly direction a distance of eighty-eight feet, more
or less, to other land of the party of the first part, formerly of
I.M. Raynor; thence in an easterly direction along the southerly -
line of land last mentioned a distance of sixty-six feet, more or
lose, to land of Cortland Corwin; thence in a southerly direction
along the westerly line of said land of Corwin a distance of eighty-
eight feet, more or lees, to the northerly line of Wiggins Street;
running thence along the northerly line of Wiggins Street in a westerl
direction sixty-six feet, more or less, to the point or place of
beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to
the party of the first part by Joseph Cavicehia and another by deed
dated August let, 1953 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on August 3, 1953 in Liber 3556 of deeds at page 305
PARCEL NO. 2. Beginning at the northwesterly corner of the premises
first above described, which point is the southwesterly corner of
premises recently conveyed to the party of the first part by Herbert
L. Kalin and another, and running thence in an easterly direction
along the southerly line of said land recently conveyed to the party
of the first part by said Kalin and along the northerly line of the
premises described in Parcel No. 1 and the northerly line of land of
Corwin one hundred eight and fifty-two one hundredths feet; thence
in a northerly direction along the westerly line of land of Henry
Lauwers a distance of ten feet; thence in a westerly direction and
on a line parallel to and at all points aqui-distant ten feet from
the line first herein described to the easterly line of Fourth Street;
thence in a southerly direction along the said easterly line of Fourth
Street a distance of ten feet to the point or place of beginning.
