depth.
Being and intended to be a portion of the premises conveyed to
Frederick F. Ceely by Emil Reichert and Kathryn Ii. Reichart, his rife
and Georgianna A. Salzmann by deed dated June 17, 1947 and recorded in
the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on September 11, 1947 in Liber 2750
of Deeds at Page 123•
