Cantlon; and westerly by Sixth Street, said premises being fifty (50) feet front and rear, by one hundred fifteen (115) feet in depth and being part of Lot No. 127 as shown on Map of Wiggins Estate. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE part of the premises conveyed by Nathan Kaplan and others to James Cantlon by Deed dated July 6th 1691 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on July 8th 1891 in Liber 345 of Deeds at Page 513.
