This described property being and intended to be the same premises
as conveyed to the party of the first part by Leander V. Beebe and Mary
W. Beebe, his wife, in a Deed dated December 24th, 1904 and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office at Riverhead on the 27th day of
December 1904, in Liber 559 of Deeds, Page 349 and also as conveyed
by Alexander J. Malinauskas and Viola Malinauskas, his wife to the h
party of the first part in a Deed dated June 15th, 1950 and recorded 6A ,
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office at Riverhead in Liber 3090 of Deeds

ner of the premises hereinafter described; from said point of beginning
