an undivided one-half interest of, in and to his heirs. and aesigoe forever,
ALL that certain tract or parcel of land, together with thebuild-
ings and improvements thereon erected, situate,lying and being at Green-
port in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
and bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point formed by the intersection of the easterly
line oY Fourth Street with the southerly line of Front Street and run-
nine thence N. 81.10 33' 30" E. 208.64 feet, thence S. 60 03' 30° E. 100,0
feet; thence S, 4° 331 30" W, 96.36 feet; thence S. 15° 02' 50" W.
102,59 feet; thence S. 82° 44, 101' W. 108.52 feet to a concrete monu-
ment on the easterly line 8f Fourth Street; thence along the easterly
line of Fourth Street N. 6 58' 40" E. 290,67 feet to the point or
place of beginning.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the partyof
the first part and another by Marguerite B. Kalin by deed.dated June 30th
1953 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office. on August 3, 1953•
This conveyance is made and accepted subject to an indebtedness
secured by a mortgage upon said premises held by Marguerite B. halin
which mortgage was recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on Aug.
3, 1953 in.Liber 2101 of mortgages at page 162, on which there is an
unpaid principal of $14,551,83 with interest from date at the rate of
5% per annum; which said mortgage debt the party of the second part here-
by assumes and agrees to pay, as part of the purchase price of the above
described premises, jointly with the owner of the other undivided one
half interest in said premises, and the said party of the second part
hereby executes and acknowledges this instrument for the purpose of com-
plying with the provisions of Chapter 502 of the Laws of 1938.
EXCEPTING from the premises above described the premises conveyed by
Herbert L. Kalin and Robert R. Kalin to Oscar Goldin by Deed dated
August 1st 1953, recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
August 3rd 1953 in Liber 3556 of Deeds at Page 530.
