ALL that certain piece or parcel of land together with the buildings
and improvements erected thereon, situate, lying and being inthe
Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, and bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a
point on the northerly line of Front Street, being the southeasterly
corner of land of Ansel V. Young, and running thence in a northerly
direction along the easterly line of land of said Ansel V. Young a
distance of One Hundred Twenty-five (125) feet, more or less, to a
point; running thence in an easterly direction along the southerly
line of land of said Ansel V. Young a distance of Fifty (50) feet,
more or less, to a point; running thence along the westerly line of
land of Vincenza Schiavoni in a southerly direction a distance of
One Hundred Twenty-five (125) feet, more or less, to the northerly
line of Front Street; running thence along the northerly line of Front
Street in a westerly direction a distance of Fifty (50) feet, more or
lees, to the point or place of beginning. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE
the same premises conveyed by Nathan 0. Petty, as Heferee, to Parmeanu
Jackson by deed dated October 4, 1920 and recorded in the Office of
the Clerk of County..of Suffolk on December 21, 1920 in Liber 1010 of
Deeds at Page 331, and being part of the premises of which the said
Parmeanus Jackson died seized and possessed.
