Patchogue, Town of Brookhaven, County of Suffolk,and State of New York,

JACOB HOCHHEISER, residing at 29 Jennings Avenue, Patchogue, Torn of
Brookhaven, County of Suffolk, and State of New York,
party of the second part,
Witnesseth that the part y of the first part,is consideration of

lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration
paid by the party of the seemed part,do es hereby sdrant and release onto the
part y of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever,all
that certain tract or parcel of land situate in the Village of Green-
port, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
bounded and described as follows:
Northerly by land of the Peoples National Bank of Greenport, east-
erly by Carpenter Street, southerly by land now or formerly of Frank D.
Schaumburg, and westerly by Main Street, the said lot of land being
thirty-four (34) feet in width front and rear and one hundred sixty-
five (165) feet in depth.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as were conveyed to the
party of the first part and Joseph S. Hochheiser as tenants by the en-
tirety by deed dated May 10, 1954, and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk-s Office io Liber 3692 of Deeds, at page 20, on May 11, 1954, said
Joseph S. nochheiser having died on May 11, 1955.
