i!arch, 1686; and being and intended to be the same or anises which were conveyed to
the party of the first part by a deed dated October 2, 1917 wherein the grmtor was
Willi. C. Farris, nod unich said deed was recorded in the office of the Clerk of
the County of Suffolk in Liber 957 of Deeds at page 14 on the 5th day of October,
1917.
