as follows%

Easterly by Lot #714, one hundred twenty (120) feet;
Southerly by Lot #90, forty-two (142) feet;
Westerly by Lot x`72, one hundred twenty (120) feet, be said
dimensions more or lose.
Being and intended to be the some premises conveyed to the grantor
by Lewis E. Raymond, Jr., by deed dated December 8, 1950, and recorded
January 2, 1951, in the Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 3169 of
Deeds at Page 477.
