known and designated on a certain Map entitled Map of Wiggins Estate,
Greenport, N.Y., dated May 19, 1853, and signed by Nathaniel Corwin,
Sidney L. Griffing and J. Wickham Case, Commissioners in Partition,
as and by the Lot Number Thirty-seven (37), said Lot Number Thirty-
seven (37) being bounded with reference to said Map as follows, viz.
Northerly by Lot Number Thirty-six (36) now or formerly owned by
Charles Capon; Easterly by Fourth Street; Southerly by bot Number
Thirty-eight (30), now owned by Edwin S. Conklin, and Westerly by Lot
Number Seventy-five (75) owned by John and Eliza Bahr, said Lot
Number Thirty-seven (37) being fifty (50) feet in width front and
rear and one hundred and sixty-five (165) feet in depth be the same
more or less. -
