seconds east 135.38 feet to the northwesterly corner of land of Henry
Lauwars; thence along last described land, south 15 degrees 02 minutes
50 seconds west, 192.59 feet to land of Courtland Corwin; thence along
said land of Courtland Corwin and land of Joseph Cavicohia, south 82
degrees 44 minutes 10 seconds west 108.52 feet to said easterly line
of 4th Street; thence along said easterly line of Lyth Street, north 6
degrees 58 minutes 40 seconds east 188.27 feet to the point or place
of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the party
of the first part of, in and to the land lying in the bed of the
street in front of and adjoining said premises, to the centre lines

BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by deed made by Herbert L. Kalin and Robert R. Kalin
dated August lot, 1953 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk August 3rd, 1953, liber 3556 cp 530.
SUBJECT to a mortgage of record, being a lien against premises conveys
