ALL that tract or parcel of land, with the buildings and improve-
ments thereon, situate, lying and beinglin the Village of Greenport,
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and
described as follows:
:Jortherly by land formerly of Joseph Lipman, Easterly by Main
Street, Southerly by land of William Foster and Bertha Poster, and
Westerly partly by land of Grant Sterling and partly by land of John
Sherwood.
Said premises being fifty-one feet front and rear and one hundred
sixty-five feet deep.
BeinC and intended to be the sane premises conveyed to the party of
the first part and Zelma A. Gibbs by deed dated September 18th, 1954 and
recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on September 23,
1954 in Liber 3762 of Deeds at page 334, and the same premises of which
Zelma A. Gibbs died seized.
