lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable considerations
paid by the party of the second part does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,
his heirs and assigns forever,
ALL that plot, piece or parcel of land with the buildings and
improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the Village of Greenport
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, and bounded
and described as follows: Northerly by Central Avenue; Easterly by land
of William Allen; Southerly by land of Florence Potter, formerly of
Harry W. Sweet and Westerly by land of Henry Latham.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by Fred S. White by deed dated Sepember 30, 1943 and
recorded In the Suffolk County Clerk's office November 24, 1943 in Liber
232$ of Deeds at page 224.
