all dimensions being more or less,
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties
of the first part by Edna A. Brown by deed dated May 10, 1955 and records
in the Suffolk County Clerk's office May 12, 1955 in Liber 3884 of Deeds
at Page 362.
SUBJECT, 'HOWEVER, TO a mortgage made the 10Th day of May, 1955
given by the parties of the first part to the party of the second part
and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 2405 of Mort-
gages at page 382 on the 12th day of May, 1955, the amount due on which
said mortgage the party of the second part hereby assumes and agrees to
pay, it being expressly understood by the parties that the mortgage lien
does not merge into the title conveyed by this deed.
