TRIS INDENTURE, made the 21st day of
May nineteen hundred and fifty-six
between
CARLOS De JESUS, residing at Fifth Street (no house number),
Greenport, Suffolk County, New York,
pert Y of the first part;
and CARLOS De JESUS and MARIA De JESUS, his wife, both residing
at Fifth Street, Greenport, Suffolk County, New York,
partiesof the second part;
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of

paid by the part ies of the second part, do as hereby grant and release unto the part ins of the second
Pan, their heirs and assigns forever,
ALL that certain parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, known and designated on a certain map dated May 19, 1853 and signed by
Nathaniel Corwin, Sidney L. Griffing and J. Wickham Case, Commissioners in Partition
of Wiggins Sstate, as Lots Nos. One Hundred Sixty-six (No. 166) and One Hundred Sixty-
seven (No. 167), and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the west side of Sixth Street, distant 250.00 feet northerly
from the corner formed by the northerly side of Linebt Street with the westerly side
of Sixth Street, which point is also the intersection of the dividing line between
Lots Nos. 167 and 168 on the aforesaid map with the westerly side of Sixth Street, and
running thence:- -
(1) North 82 degrees 41 minutes 20 seconds West 173.27 feet; thence
(2) North 6 degrees 58 minutes 35 seconds Past 100.00 feet;thence
(3) South 82 degrees 41 minutes 20 seconds East 173.85 feetto the westerly side of
Sixth Street; thence
(4) South 7 degrees 18 minutes 40 seconds West 100.00 feet along the westerly aide
of Sixth Street to the point or place of beginning. .
