Price, said piece or parcel of land being fifty (50) feet in front and rear, al
one hundred and six (106) feet and ten and one-half (10 1/2) inches in depth be the
same more or less, being and intended to be a part of the same land conveyed to Mary
Rogers;by Elias P. Jennings and Millie K. Jennings, his wife, by deed dated the 2nd
day of December, 1878, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County,
New York, on the 23rd day of April, 1879, in Liber 240 of Deeds at Page 203. Thea bo ve
described property was devised to James Madison Rogers by the Last Will and Testament
of Mary Rogers which was probated in the Office of the Surrogate of Suffolk County,
New York, on the Sod day of March, 1915, and said James Madison Rogers has since died
intestate.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises as conveyed to the partyof the first
part by George L. Rogers, an heir at law of James Madison Rogers, deceased, and Nora
