State of New York' more particularly described as follows:- Beginning
at a granite monument set on the westerly line of Fifth Street' 111.32

said point being the southeasterly corner of land of the party of
the second part; and running along said westerly line of Fifth

thence along said land of Bellfountaine' N. 85055'21" N. 166.32 feet
to land of the Virginia Barrel Co.; thence along said land of the
Virginia Barrel Co. N. 4004'39" E. 50 feet' more or less, to said land
of the party of the second part; thence along said land of the party
of the second part, B.85055'21" E. 166.32 feet to the point of
beginning. :Being a part of the premises conveyed to the parties
of the first part by deed from the Long Island Rail Road Co. dated
March 20, 1945 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's office in
Liber 2444 of Deeds at page 366.
