CGRF4N, residing at 60� Main Street, Greenport, New York, party of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of ONE ($1.00) Dollar lawful money of the United States paid it by the party of the second part, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part, in and to:- ALL that certain Lot, situate in the Village of Greenport, County of Suffolk, N,Y., bounded on the north by Bridge Street; on the east by Atlantic Avenue; on the south by Monsell Place and on the west by lots 32 and 49 as described on a map "Clap of Sterling Manor" assessed to the names E.
