Suffolk County Clerk's Office on September 28th 1934 in Liber 1782 of
Deeds at Page 347, the said Fritz Pflaumbaum being now deceased.
PARCEL NO. 2 - Beginning at a point on the westerly line or side of
ird Street 51.55 feet north of the point where the northerly line of
land now or formerly of Frank and Elsie Klein intersects the westerly
line of Third Street; running thence in a westerly direction in a strai t
line to an old drain, running thence southerly or southeasterly along
said old drain to point thereon where the northerly line of land
formerly of Frank and Elsie Klein would, if extended westerly, intersect
said old drain; thenceeasterly in a straight line along land formerly
of William H. Macomber and along the northerly line of land formerly of
Frank and Elsie Klein to the westerly side of Third Street, thence
nor t1a rly along the westerly side of Third Street a distance of 51.55
feet to the point or place of beginning.

the Last Will and Testament of Arthur H. Mayor, deceased, also known u
