Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follow :-
BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the Original High Water line of Green
port Harbor with the westerly line of Main Street; said point being South seven-
teen degrees, thirty-three minutes, sixteen seconds East, two hundred ninety-
six and seventy-four one - hundredths feet from the U.S. Engineer's Monument
at the northwesterly corner of Front and Main Streets; thence along said Origin
High Water Line, South seventy-six degrees, eleven minutes, thirty-six seconds
East, forty-five and seventy-five one-hundredths feet; thence into the waters of
Greenport Harbor, South eighteen degrees, seven minutes, forty seconds East,
ninety-one and twenty-three one-hundredths feet; and North seventy-one degrees
�oMp'a fifty-two minutes, twenty seconds East, ten feet to an intersection with the
y/ westerly line of a grant of land under water to Benjamin B. Rogers dated
February 11, 1954; thence stillinto the waters of Greenport Harbor the
following bearings and distances: South eighteen degrees, seven minutes,
forty seconds East, sixty-five feet; South thirty degrees, thirtyminutes, thirty
seconds East,sixty-seven and eighty-seven one-hundredths feet; South seventy-
one degrees, fifty-two minutes, twenty seconds West, forty-seven and thirty-
five one-hundredths feet; South ten degrees, nineteen minutes East, two
hundred eighteen feet; South seventy-seven degrees, twenty-three minutes,
twenty-four seconds West, sixty-seven feet; North eleven degrees, forty-three )/

minutes, thirty-nine seconds West, one hundred forty-three feet; North seven
degrees, forty-five minutes, forty-six seconds West, one hundred thirty-seven

to an intersection with the southerly line of a grant of land under water to
Kathryn Claudio dated December 24, 1952; thence along said southerly line
North seventy-one degrees, fifty-two minutes, twenty seconds East, thirty
feet to the easterly line of said grant to Claudio; thence along said easterly
line North eighteen degrees, seven minutes, forty seconds West, one hundred
feet to the point of beginning; containing thirty-one thousand five hundred
fifty-four square feet, more or less.
