County, New York, Co-partners, doing business as H. A. CLARK & SONS,

principal place of business on North Street, Village of Greenport, Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York

and improvements thereon, situate in the Village of Greenport, Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and des-
cribed as follows:- BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of North
Street, where same is intersected by the westerly line of land of Joseph
Stulski; running thence in a general westerly direction along the north-
erly line of North Street, eighty-eight (88) feet to land of Henry A.
Clark; running thence northerly along land last mentioned, a distance
of ninety (90) feet to land of Michael Checklick, formerly of Washington
White; running thence in a general easterly direction along land last
mentioned, eighty-eight (88) feet to land of Stulski; running thence
southerly along land last mentioned ninety (90) feet to the point or
place of beginning.
