of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
known and designated on a map of said premises dated August let, 1837
signed by Hugh Halsey, Master in chancery, as Lots Eighty-three (83),
Eighty-four (84), and Eighty-five (85) and bounded and described as
follows:
Northerly by land of Walter W. Burns, one hundred and sixty-five
(1651) feet; Easterly by Main Street, ninety-nine (991) feet, more or
less; Southerly by North Street, one hundred and sixty-five (1651) feet;
and Westerly by land of Everett J. Werner, ninety-nine (99t) feet, more
or less.
Together with all the right, title and interest of the party of the
first part of, in and to those portions of Main and `forth Streets lying
to the east and south of the above described premises.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by i°laude Welden
to Frank M. Claudio by dead dated September 1, 1926 and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's office on September 6, 1926 in Liber 1218 of Deeds
at page 5662 and of which said Frank M. Claudio died seized.
