TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS SHALL COME, GREETING:
Gnow pe, TkmO , Pursuant to resolutions of the Hoard of Commission-
ers of the Land Office, adolted the third day of October, 1952
and the 19th day of December, 1952, and in consideration of the
sum of Six Hundred Seventy-Five Dollars (4675.00), lawful money
of the United States, paid by Kathryn Claudio, residing at He.
603 Plain Street, in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk -nd State of New York, end upon the conditions
hereinafter expressed, we have given and granted and by these
Ipresents do give and grant unto the said KATEPYN CLIUDIC, the
owner of the land adjacent to the lend hereinafter described, her
grantees, heirs, devisees or successors in interest (hereinafter
referred to as the "patentee"), the following described land
under water, to wit:
—All those parcels of land, now or formerly under the waters
of Greenport Harbor, in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southol , _
County of Suffolk, and State of New York, bounded and described -_
as follows:

Beginning at the point of intersection of the Original High
Water Line of Greenport Harbor with the westerly line of Main
Street, said point being South seventeen degrees, thirty-three
minutes, sixteen seconds East, two hundred ninety-six and seventy-
four onc-hundredths feet from the U. S. Engineers Monument at the
northwesterly corner of Front and Main Streets; thence along the
prolongation of said westerly lire of i,'ain Street, South eighteen
degrees, seven minutes, Forty seconds East, one hundred feet;
thence South seventy-one degrees, fifty-two minutes, twenty second
West, twenty-six and seven one-hundredths feet to the Present
High Water Line of Greenport Harbor; thence along said Present
High Water Line the following hearings and distances; North ten
degrees, fifty-four minutes West, fourteen and fourteen one-
hundredths feet; Horth five degrees, fifty-three minutes West,
twe,ty-five and five tenths feet; North fifteen degrees, forty _
minutes West, t:ienty-seven feet; and North nine degrees, forty-
eight minutes West, thirty-nine Pad five tenths feet to an

said Original High Water Line, South eighty-rive decrees, twenty-
seven minutes east, thirteen feet to the Point of Beginning;
containing one thousand nine hundred thirty-five square feet,
more or less.

Water Line of Greenfort Harbor with the boundery line between
the property of Kathryn Claudio and the property of Socony-
Vacuum Gil Company, Incorporated; said point being South one
degree, thirty-five minutes, twenty-seven seconds East, two
hundred seventy-nine and fourteen one-hundredths feet from the
U.S. Engineers Monument at the northwesterly corner of Front and
Main Streets; thence along said Original High Water Line North
eighty-five degrees, forty-three minutes East, sixteen and
ninety-eight one-hundredths feet and South eighty-five degrees,
twenty-seven minutes East, fifty-tyro and three one-hundredths
feet to an intersection with the Present High Water Line of
Greenport Harbor; thence along said Present k;igh Water Line the
following bearings and distances; South nine degrees, forty-
eight minutes East, thirty-nine and five tenths feet; South
fifteen degrees, forty minutes Last, twenty-seven feet; South
five degrees, fifty-three minutes East, twenty-five and five
tenths feet; and South ten degrees, fifty-four minutes East,
fourteen and fourteen one-hundredths feet; thence into the
waters of Greenport Harbor South seventy-one degrees, fifty-
two minutes, twenty seconds 'West, fifty and forty-two one.
