general easterly and southerly direction along Deep Hole Creek the

running thence along the northerly side of said private road South
790 45' West 219.84 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.

to and from the premises hereby conveyed to Marratooka Lane, and
to and from Deep Hole Creek at the end of said 20 foot private road
where it adjoins Deep Hole Creek on the easterly end of Lupton's
Point.
