BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of Fourth Street, said point being
the northwesterly corner of other lands of the parties of the second part, con-
veyed to the parties of the second part by the party of the first part by deed
dated December 29, 1954 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber
3831 of deeds at page 549, and running thence in a northerly direction by
and along the easterly line of Fourth Street, a distance of 6 feet to other lands
of the party of the first part; running thence in an easterly direction by and
along other lands of the party of the first part and on a line parallel with and
at all points distant 6 feet from the northerly line of lands of the parties of the
second part, a distance of 135 feet, to other lands of the party of the first part;
thence in a southerly direction by and along other lands of the party of the first
part and on a line parallel with the easterly line of Fourth Street, a distance of
6 feet to the northeasterly corner of other lands of the parties of the second part;
thence in a westerly direction by and along lands last mentioned, 135 feet to the
point and place of beginning.
