and valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the
party of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever,
ALL that certain pinq piece or parcel of land, with the buildis and improvements thereon erected, situate,

Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the inteseection of the southerly
side of Broad Street with the westerly side of Second Street; running
thence along the southerly side of Broad Street 150 feet to land now
or formerly of Parmeanus Jackson; thence southerly along said land now
or formerly of Parmeanus Jackson 50 feet to land now or formerly of
Antone Reichert; thence easterly albng said land now or formerly of
Antone Reichert 150 feet to the westerly aide of Second Street, and
thence northerly along the westerly side of Second Street 50 feet to
the corner aforesaid at the point or place of beginning.
BEING the same premises conveyed by Emma S. Reichert to Raymond D.
Hulse and Sadie N. Hulse be deed dated September 27, 1946 and re—
corded November 12, 1946 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber
2647 of deeds at page 174.
