WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con-
sideration paid by the party of the second part; does-hereby grant-and-release unto the party of the
second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being in the Incorporated Village of Greenport in the Town
of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and
described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Main Street where
the same is intersected by the northerly side of land now or
formerly of Warren, formerly of Hedges, which point is also
distant 76.24 feet northerly from the corner formed by the inter—
section of the westerly side of Main Street with the northerly
side of Center Street , and from said point of beginning running
thence along said land and along land now or formerly of Marsac,
south 83051' 30" west , 166.19 feet to land now or formerly of
Clark, formerly of Reeves ; running thence along said land, north
6°48 ' 40" west , 33 feet to land now or formerly of Bauer , formerly
b� of Macomber ; running thence along said land, north 83051'40"
east, 166 .06 feet to the westerly side of PJlain Street ; running
thence along the westerly side of Main Street, south 7001' 50"
east , 33 feet to the point or place of beginning.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by deed made by Gladys M. Conklin dated May 21 ,
1948, recorded in the office of the clerk of the County of Suf-
folk in liber 2829 of conveyances , page 25, on May 22, 1948.
