lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Southold TOM, Suffolk County,

by South Street; west by land of Mulford. Said parcel being
55 feet in width, front and rear, and 99 feet in depth. -
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Pauline -
Case to Alonzo Hand Grace C. Howell by deed recorded in the
'. Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 2577 of Deeds,
at page 98.
AND BEING ALSO AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed
by Ethel M. Howell to Elizabeth A. Howell by deed, dated
September 179 1958, and reoorded in said Clerk's office in -
Liber 4518 of Deeds, at page 300, on September 23, 1958.
