W. THORNHILL and MARCELLA THORNHILL (also known as SANE MARCELLA
THORNHILL) his wife, both residing at 237 Fifth Avenue, Village of Greenport, town
of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, to JOHN L. BARRY, as Commiss-
loner of Public Welfare, County of Suffolk, State of Nett' York, or his successors, in
a deed dated February 24, 1959 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk
County on March 5, 1959 in Liber 4595 page 214.
The deed herein is executed by the Commissioner of Public Welfare after notice
of sale having been duly published and a public sale of the premises having been duly
conducted, all in accordance with the provisions of the Social Welfare Law of the
State of New York, proof of compliance being on file in the office of the Suffolk County
Department of Public Welfare.
