by deed dated July 9. 1948 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of
the County of Suffolk July 14, 1948, liber 2848 cp 308, the said James
A. Wheeler having died a resident of Suffolk County April 7. 1954,
seized and possessed of the above premises.
