XU that certain lot, piece or parcel of land with the buildings and improve-
ments thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, and bounded and described as follows,
BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly line or aide of South Street, adjoining land me
or foramrly of Lelia B. Gebrerg, and running theme Northerly by the Easterly line of
land last mentioned one hundred fifty (150) feet to land now or formerly of Andrew J.
Cook; theme Easterly tr land last mentioned on a line parallel to South, fifty (50)
feet to land now or foraarly of John W. Nlippj theme Southerly on a line parallel with
the Westerly line hereof and along land last motioned one hmxb*d fifty (150) feet to
the Northerly aide of South Street; theme Westerly along the Northerly side of Scarth
Street to the point and place of beginning.

Viola Malinauakaa, his wife, their heirs and assigns forever, for all ordinary purposes

of ingress and agues, over the ease leading from South Street in the Village of
Oreenport, Tam of Southold, Suffolk County, New York and being ten (10) feet in
-width and on the westerly side of the promisee now or formerly owned by Alexander J.
Malimuskas and Viola Malinauskas, his wife, far enough to allow party of the first
part to enter upon her premises from the south and to the rear of the promisee known
as 412 South Street, Greenport, Suffolk County, Now York.
This described property being and intended to be the sees premises as conveyed to the
party of the first part by Leander V. Beebe and Mary W. Beebe, his wife, in a Deed
dated December 24th, 1904 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clark's Office at River-
head on the 27th day of December, 1904, in Liber 559 of Deeds, Page 349 and also as,
conveyed by Alexander J. Nalinmakae and Viola Malinauskas, his wife, to the party of
the first part in a Deed dated June 15th, 1950 and recorded 5/19/50, in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office at Riverhead, in Liber 3090 of Deeds at Page 195, except
All that certain piece or parcel of land with buildings and improvements thereon
situate, lying and being on the North aide of South Street, in the Village of Greenport,
Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, were particularl,V described as followem
BEGINNING at an iron pipe set on the northerly aide of South Street, one hundred
twenty-five (125) feet westerly along said Northerly line from its intervention with
the westerly line of Fourth Avenue, said pipe being on the Southwesterly corner of land
of Capano and the Southeasterly corner of the premises hereinafter described; from
said point of beginning running along said northerly lire of South Street, North
760 29' West fifty (50) feet to an iron pipe and land now or formerly of Gebreng;
thence along said land of Gebreng and parallel with said westerly 11ne of Fourth Aveaws
North 140 511 East 99.23 to an iron pipe and other land of party of first part; theme
along said other land of party of first part South 750 391 East 50 feet to an iron pipe
and said land of Capuno; theme along Capuno and parallel with said westerly line of
Fourth Avenue, South 140 51' West 98.50 feet to the point of beginning.
SUBJECT to an easement of a right of way running with the land over the westerly
portion of the said property and being ten (10) feet in width and beginning on South
Street and running 4ong the Western boundary of the said property to the property of
Elizabeth Brown northerly and in the rear of the parcel shove sat forth.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE THE sane preadma as conveyed to J. Milford,Eirkup, Jr., as
Commissioner of Public Welfare, County of Suffolk, State of New York, or his successor
by deed dated 31st day of October, 1952 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of
Suffolk County on November 12, 1952 in Liber 3435, Page 28.
