THIS INDENTURE,made the 15th day of October ,nineteen hundred audsixty-five,
BETWEEN Everett J. Warner, residing at Greenport, New York,
patty of the first part,and David E. Walker and Ruth Walker, his wife, both residing
at Greenport, New York,
party of the second part,
WR'NESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the Second pad,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parol of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows: northerly by land now
or formerly of White and Townsend; easterly by land now or formerly of Potter;
southerly by Bay Avenue, and westerly by land now or formerly of Geehreng.
Said lot being known and designated as lot 56 on Map of the Beebe Estate, and
being 33 feet front and rear and 132 feet in depth.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
part by deed made by Mary C. Gagen dated August 14, 1957, recorded in the
Suffolk county clerkls office August 15, 1957, liber 4345 of conveyances, page
407.
SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate survey might show, and to covenants,
restrictions, easements, agreements,reservations, and zoning regulations of
record, if any.
