party of the first pan,and EDGAR WALLER and ROSE E. WALLER, his wife, as
tenants by the entirety, residing at Greenport, Suffolk County,
New York,

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first pan,in consideration of Ten Doll=and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the parry of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lyingandbeing ALxhec at Greenport in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:-
Northerly by land formerly of Michael Keary, easter-lp by Second
Street southerly by land now or formerly of Samuel Foster, and
wasteriy by land formerly of Victoria Walaitene. Said premises
being fifty (50). feet, more or less, front and rear and one hundred
(100) feet, more or less, in depth.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed.by Roger
Waterhouse to Woodrow B. Quarty and Jean E. Quarty his wife by
deed dated May 3rd, 1946, recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office
on May 6th, 1946 in.Liber 2560 of Deeds at page 11.
