Railroad Company; run ning thence along the Long Island Railroad Company,
south 84°11'40"west, 67.33 feet to land now or formerly of Hayes; running

of Wiggins Street, at the point or place of beginning. -

by deed made by William R. Hayes dated July 1, 1931, recorded in the Suffolk,
county clerk's office in liber 1589 of conveyances, page 195, July 10, 1931.
