said premises to the center line thereof.
SUBJECT to a first mortgage in the sum of $1300.00 presently held
by The First National Bank of Greenport, New York, and recorded in the
Suffoll• County Clerk's office in Liber 3036 at page 170, and the pay-
ment of which the party of the second part hereby assumes.
