filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office October 16, 1865 as Map No.
280, being in the Town of Southold, and more particularly bounded and
described as follows'
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Fifth Street, distant
198.31 feet northerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the
northerly side of Flint Street and the westerly side of Fifth Street
IIS and which said point is located at the northeasterly corner of Lot lel
as shown on said map;
running thence North 830 56' 10" West 166.15 feet along the
northerly line of Lot 101 as shown on said map to the southeasterly
corner of Lot 139 as shown on said map;
running thence North 70 18' 20" East 48.76 feet along the easterly
line of Lot 139 as shown on said map to the southwesterly corner of
Lot 99 as shown on said map;
running thence South 840 13' 00" East 166.14 feet along the
southerly line of Lot 99 as shown on said map to the westerly side
of Fifth Street;
running thence South 70 18' 00" West 49.58 feet along the westerly
side of Fifth Street to the point or place of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties
of themfdmst part by deed dated April 30, 1952 and recorded June 21, 195
in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 3368 of
Conveyances at page 583.
