TOGETHER. with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part of, in and to the land lying under the waters of Sterling Creek abutting the premises above described. BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Mehitable T. Hamphausen and Melburne G. Lumbra to the party of the first part by Deed dated July 13, 1954 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on July 15, 1954 in Liber 3725 of Deeds at Page 560. usFe5D2.1 �are2fln This conveyance is made, subject to the following: 1. A certain mortgage in the amount of $18,000.00 and interest made by Mehitable T. Kamphausen and Melburne G. Lumbra to Walter C. A. Steffens and Catherine N. Steffens, his wife, on she 27th day of January, 1950, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 1667 of Mortgages at Page 294 and also a certain mortgage in the amount of $17,500.00 and interest made by Mehitable T. Kamphausen and Melburne G. Lumbra to Walter C A. Steffens and Catherine N. Steffens, his wife, on the 10th day of March, 1950, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 1678 of Mortgages, Page 551, which said 2 mortgages were con- solidated into a single first mortgage lien by a consolidation and extension agreement dated March 10, 1950 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 1678 of Mortgages, Page 536, which said two mortgages were further extended by exten- sion agreement dated June 2, 1954 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 2242 of Mortgages, Page 481. 2. A certain second mortgage in the amount of $12,860.54 and interest made by the party of the first part to Mehitable T. Kamphausen on July 13, 1954 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on July 15, 1954 in Liber 2242 of Mortgages, Page 307.
