Q that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of �- New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the '-lesterly line or side of Main Street ten (10) feet south of the south- ast corner of other lands of the party of the second part; running thence in a westerly direction along lands now or formerly of Dinsmore and parallel with the southerly side of said other lands of the party of the second part a distance of three hundred and fifty (350) feet to lands now or formerly of the Village of Greenport; running thence northerly along said lands now or formerly Of the Village of Greenport and parallel with Main Street to lands now or formerly of E. B. Harris; running thence easterly along said last mentioned lands to said other lands of the party of the second part; running thence southerly along said last mentioned lands to the southwesterly corner thereof; running thence easterly along said last mentioned lands to the westerly line or side of Main Street; and running thence southerly Ten (10) feet along said Westerly line or side of Main Street to the point or place of be- ginning. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Harry H. Tuthill and one to Henry Hull Tuthill by deed dated March 10, 1959 and recorded March 11, 1959 in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 4597 of Conveyances at page 465.
