That the part y of the first part, by virtue of the
power and authority to him given in and by the said last Will and
Testament, and in consideration of Twenty-one hundred and No/100ths - - -

paid by the part ies of the second part,
do as hereby grant and release unto the parties of the second part, their
heirs and assigns forever, all that tract or parcel of land, with the.
buildings and improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the
Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, bounded and described as follows: West by Carpenter Street,'
North by land now or formerly of Tobin, east by land of Raynor and
Liebleine and south by land now or formerly of Booth. Said premises
being sixty-six (66) feet in width front and rear and one hundred twenty
three (123) feet in depth, be the same more or less.
BEING, and intended to be, the same premises conveyed to Charles
Henkel by Maria L. Fanning, Alice R. Young, Silas S. Horton, Silas H.
Bishop and Takla, his wife, and Elizabeth G, Lennon by deed dated
May 23, 1904, and the name premises of which Charles Henkel died seized,
w and-possessed. ,
