Foster and another, and running thence in a westerly direction along the southerly line of the land last mentioned, a distance of 150 feet, more or less, to a point and land recently conveyed by the said Samuel Y. Foster and Rhoda J. Foster to Jones; running thence in a southerly direction along the easterly line of last mentioned land, a distance of 50 feet, more or less, to a WAMee point; running thence in an easterly direction and on a line parallel ex's with the first mentioned course, a distance of 150 feet, more or less, to the westerly line of Second Street; running thence in a northerly direction along the westerly line of Second Street, a distance of 50 feet, meteor less, to the point or place of beginning.
