part of the premises conveyed by Nathaniel Corwin, Sidney L. Griffin
and J. Wickham Case, Commissioners in Partition to Jonas Smith by deed
dated 6/14/1853 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk
County 6/15/1853 which on a certain Map of Wiggins Estate, dated 5/19/1853-
signed by the said Commissioners and filed in said Clerk's Office is
designated as follows:
Lot No. 59 bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the corner formed by the intersection of the east side
of Fifth Street and the south side of Wiggins Street; running thence
south 880 211 2011 east along the south side of Wiggins Street 166.65 feet
to an iron pipe and land of the Commissioner of Welfare; thence running
south 60 561 0011 west along last mentioned land 67 feet to an iron pipe
and land of Joseph Lupshewitz; thence running north 820 30' 1011 west
along last mentioned land 165.91 feet yn an iron pipe and the north side
of Fifth Street; thence running along the north side of Fifth Street
north 60 55' 0011 east 50 feet to the point or place of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by J. Milford Kirkup, Jr., as Commissioner of Public
Welfare by deed dated May 12th, 1958 and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's office on May 217th, 1958 in Liber 4465 of deeds at page 32.
