recently conveyed by the said Samuel Y. Foster and Rhoda J. Foster
to Jones;running thence in a southerly direction along the easterly
line of last mentioned land a distance of 50 feet, moreor less, to a
point-'running thence in an easterly direction and on a line parallel
with the first mentioned course a distance of 150 feet, more or less,
to the westerly line of Second Street•running thence in a northerly
direction along the westerly line of second Street a distance of 50 fee
more or less to the point or place of beli.nning.

To Have and to hold the premises herein granted unto the said
LEROY SAXTON and GLAUYS HANDELL as joint tenants, and not as tenants
