SCHENK, residing at 405 Main Street, Metuchen, New Jersey, party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ter,dollars paid by the party of the Second part,does hereby remise,release Bud quitclaim unto the party of the second part,the heirs or su—son and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate, lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:- BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of a certain right-of- way which point is the northwesterly corner of other lands of the party of the second part; running thence northerly at right angles to the northerly line of said right-of-way one hundred(100)feet; thence easterly and at right angles to the last mentioned line fifty(50)feet; thence southerly and at right angles to the last mentioned line one hundred (100)feet to the northerly line of the aforesaid right-of-way; thence westerly along the northerly line of said right-of-way fifty(50)feet to the point or place of beginning, this being a correction deed given for the purpose of correcting the description in a certain deed between the party of the First part and Samuel Schenk dated October 30, 1950 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 3148 of Deeds at Page 197, the premises herein described being conveyed subject to the covenants, restrictions and reservations contained in said deed. Said premises being located at Sandy Beach, in the aforesaid Village of Greenport and include lands under the waters of Sterling Creek adjacent thereto.
