WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con-
sideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected
situate,lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County
Of Suffolk and State of New York, which on a certain map of the
"Wiggin, Estate" Signed by Nathtl Corwin, Sidney L. Griffin and
J. Wickham Case, Commissioners in partition, filed in the office
of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, is designated as and by the
Lot Number Porty-three (143) which said lot is bounded with reference
to Said map as follow, Northerly by Lot No. 42, of Charles Woolley,
ae laid down on said map, formerly owned by R. Berton Maynard, One
hundred sixty-P v (165) feet; Easterly by Fourth Street Fifty (50)
feet; SoutherlLot No. 44 as laid down on said map, owned by
Clifford Crafts, formerly of George C. Elaworth, One hundred sixty.

BEING the same premises conveyed by Norma Conklin to Henry C.
Schweitzer and Andrea J. Schweitzer, his wife, recorded in Suffolk
County Clerk'a Office on August 20, 1945. in Liber 24714 of Deeds,
