County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as
follows:
North - by land now or formerly of John and Ida Sherwood;
South - by land now or formerly of Elizabeth Loeser;
East - by land now or formerly of William H. Macomber;
West - by First Street,
said premises being forty-five feet in width front and rear. Together
with all the right, title and interest of the parties of the first part,
of, in and to that portion of First Street adjacent to said premises and
on which said premises abut, to the centre line thereof.
BEING, and intended to be, the sass premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by Grant E. Sterling and Agnes V. Sterling by deed
dated July 11, 1955 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerkts office on
July 13, 1955 in Liber 3926 of deeds at page 495.
