BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Second Street distant 100.54 feet from
the corner formed by the intersection of the easterly side of Second Street with the
southerly side of Center Street, which said point of beginning is the northwesterly
corner of premises herein described and the southwesterly corner of premises of
Latham; running
thence along the southerly line of land of Latham north 83 degrees 14 minutes 20 seconds
east 150.58 feet to the westerly line of land of Freeman; running
thence along the westerly line of land of Freeman south 6 degrees 53 minutes 99
seconds east 50.20 feet to the northerly line of land of Beebe; running

The grantor herein is the same person as Vincenza Schiavoni, surviving tenant by the
entirety with Julius Schiavoni, deceased, as the grantee in the deed dated December
28, 1918 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on January 3, 1919 in Liber
972 of Deeds at page 566.
