THIS INDEMVRE,made the 16th day of August, ,nineteen hundred and sixty-three
BETWEEN HENRY TASKER, residing at 603 First Street, Greenport, Suffolk
County, N.Y.,

A party of the fist part,and MARGARET B. STEWART, residing at 191 Lefferts
Avenue, Brooklyn, N.Y. ,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars paid by the party of the second
part,does hereby remise,release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being kKft at Sandy Beach, in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of a certain right-of-way
which point is the northeasterly corner of other lands of the party of the
second part; running.thence northerly at right angles to the northerly
line of said right-of-way one hundred (100)feet; thence westerly and
at right angles to the last mentioned line thirty-seven and twenty-eight
hundredths (3228)feet more or less to lands formerly of Herbert
Fordham; thence southerly along the lands last mentioned to the
northerly line of the aforesaid right-of-way; thence easterly along
the northerly line of said right-o£-way thirty-seven and twenty-eight
hundredths (37.28)feet to the point or place of beginning.
THIS being a correction deed given for the purpose of correcting
the description in a certain deed dated October 30, 1950 and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 3148 of Deeds at page 233,
thepreyhises herein described being conveyed subject to the covenants,
restrictions and reservations contained in said deed.
Said premises include lands under the waters of Sterling Creek
adjacent thereo.
