BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly side of Wig.vins Street one
hundred and twenty-three feet, five and one-half inches-(123r5fo)
Westerly from the intersection of the westerly side of Fifth Street with
the Northerly side of Wiggins Street and being also the westerly line of
the premises hereby conveyed and the easterly line of property now or
formerly of Nugent; thence northerly along land of now or formerly of
Nugent eighty-three(83) feet, more or less, to land now or formerly of
V. Santacro ce;thence easterly along the southerly line of premises last
-mentioned forty (40) feet to the land of Tresham, formerlyLouise
Jennings; and thence southerly along the lard of Tresham eighty feet,
seven and one-half inches (8017;"),more or less, to the northerly side
of Wiggins Street; thence westerly along the northerly side of Wiggins
Street to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the richt, title and interest of the party of the
first part in and to so much of Wiggins Street adjacent to the premises
above described to the center line thereof.
REIN; AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part and her deceased husband, as tenants by the entirety, f
by deed dated the 3rd day of January, 1922 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's office in Liber 1036 of Deeds at Page 278.
